Have you heard about the 60 seconds rule?
It is a cleansing method created by aesthetician Nayamka Roberts-Smith also known as LABeautyologist. Everything started when she shared her technique with her followers, they loved it so much that it went viral.
You might ask – what’s so special about it? The 60 seconds are key. Most of the time, without even realising it, we don’t wash our face for long enough. It’s often a matter of 10/15 seconds.
The #60secondsrule is a simple shift in your routine that will “change your life forever”. All you have to do is to wash your face and count to 60! Use your fingers to gently massage your face and when the time is up, rinse.
The best thing about it, is that you don’t need to spend any money on this, you can use your regular cleanser.
This minute of selfcare allows the product to really penetrate your skin and give time to its ingredients to take action. Massaging for a minute will stimulate the blood circulation and give you this glowing effect. It will also help the product to unclog the pores and dissolve dirt and impurities, all traces of make-up, pollution and any the residue of everyday life.
Cleansing your face (with your fingers) for 60 seconds allows the ingredients in the cleanser to actually work. Most ppl wash their face for like 15 seconds max.
It softens the skin & dissolves sebum blockages better.
Texture & overall evenness improves. #60SecondRule https://t.co/TQk6xkopOz
