BACKGROUND

My mum used to work in a beauty salon as a Nail technician and she regularly took me to fashion shows where she worked backstage with some internationally known hairdressers like Laszlo Hajas and Karoly Ress. I used to sit in the first row at fashion shows at the age of 12. Looking at me and seeing my interest and fascination with the industry, my mum was absolutely certain that I would also become a hairdresser. And voila, here I am J

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

I am very competitive and have taken part regularly in competitions. My first competition was an internal competition at the Hairdressing Academy the age of 15 where I won 1st place. From then on, nothing could stop me winning titles I am really proud of: I won the Hungarian National Championship on one occasion, got to 2nd place on another, and achieved 4th place in the European Championships – all this achieved by the age of 19. I opened my first Figaro Salon when I was 22. It was a cute little salon in a lively Hungarian town called Szolnok. In 6 years time, our clientele grew so much that we needed to move to a much bigger salon – 100 times the size of the first one! Another 6 years have gone by, and I decided to move to London and open our Flagship Salon in Islington, Figaro London – we opened our doors 4th April 2013. And the next highlight of my career? Well – watch this space!
