We’re constantly on the lookout for professional manicurists as it’s not easy to find one where professionalism is combined with passion, dedication, creativity as well as customer focus. In Dora, all of these come together including humility and an honestly friendly personality. She knows about and practises all the latest manicure trends and techniques, nail health and hygiene is second nature to her, she loves to try new things and is extremely kind with anyone who touches Figaro London: customers, clients, colleagues.
I attended various nail therapy trainings and got my diploma in 2010. Like in any profession, the science of manicure and nail is continuously evolving and new and new techniques and materials come into the market, so it’s only natural that I’ve been further developing myself ever since.
I loved having my nails done, and got curious about the industry when seeing my friends performing a manicure on me. It may sound a little overly confident, but always felt that I could do it better, I could do it differently, so I started to experiment and then train myself. I believe that once one learns all these fine motoric techniques, manicure is a skill that anyone can learn. It’s the dedication, perseverance and creativity that made me who I am today.
I’m very competitive, therefore preparing for a competition always puts me into the right mood and mindset … I’ve attended several nail competitions and became national champion in Hungary in nail art and decoration. It was an incredible feeling and a huge honour to be recognised not only by my clients but also by top professionals of the industry.
